Welcome to MyStore. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyStore mobile app, website, and services (“Services”), operated by MyStore (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using MyStore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- Keep login credentials secure.
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
3. Use of Services
- Use the app for lawful purposes only.
- Do not misuse or disrupt the system.
- Do not copy or republish content without consent.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are fulfilled by independent stores. Prices and availability may change. MyStore acts as a payment intermediary. All payments are final once processed.
5. Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed.
- You must be available at the delivery location.
- No refunds for incorrect address details provided by you.
6. Refunds and Returns Policy
a. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds for opened food, fresh produce, personal care items, or “final sale” products.
b. Refund-Eligible Cases
Refunds/app credit may be issued for wrong, missing, or damaged items if reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.
c. Delivery Failures
No refunds for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
d. Abuse and Disputes
We may reject claims suspected as fraudulent or excessive. Refund decisions are final.
7. MyStore Wallet & Credits
Wallet balances are non-refundable, app-only, and may be voided if misuse is detected.
8. User Content & Reviews
You grant MyStore a royalty-free license to use reviews/feedback. Do not post offensive or misleading content.
9. Intellectual Property
All app content, logos, and designs belong to MyStore or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MyStore is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or product availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or inability to use the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend/delete your account for violations or fraud. You may cancel anytime.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Disputes resolved in Belize courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise Terms anytime. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
